Welcome to AdminDeal.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AdminDeal website, marketplace, products, and services.

By accessing, registering, or using AdminDeal, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the platform.

1. About AdminDeal

AdminDeal is an online freelance marketplace that connects buyers, businesses, and clients with independent freelancers offering digital services.

AdminDeal provides a platform to facilitate communication, project management, and eligible payment workflows. AdminDeal is not the employer, partner, or legal representative of freelancers or buyers using the platform.

2. Eligibility

To use AdminDeal, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account.
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable platform policies.

AdminDeal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information.
• Protecting login credentials.
• Keeping passwords confidential.
• Reporting unauthorized access immediately.

Users are responsible for all activities conducted through their accounts.

4. Buyer and Seller Relationship

Buyers and Sellers are independent parties.

AdminDeal provides a marketplace to facilitate transactions but does not become a party to agreements between buyers and sellers.

Users are responsible for negotiating project requirements, delivery expectations, and communication within the platform.

5. Seller Verification

AdminDeal may require sellers to complete verification before offering services.

Verification may include:

• Email Verification
• Identity Verification
• Phone Verification (where applicable)
• Manual Review
• Additional documentation when reasonably required

AdminDeal reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or request additional verification.

6. Services

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that:

• Service descriptions are accurate.
• Pricing is transparent.
• Delivery times are realistic.
• Services comply with applicable laws and AdminDeal policies.

AdminDeal may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings that violate platform rules.

7. Orders

Orders are created when a buyer purchases a service through the platform.

Both buyers and sellers agree to fulfill their respective obligations once an order has been accepted.

Failure to perform agreed obligations may result in account action or dispute review.

8. Payments

Payments must be completed through AdminDeal’s approved payment methods where available.

Users must not encourage or request off-platform payments after establishing contact through AdminDeal.

Payment processing may be handled by approved third-party payment providers.

9. Escrow

Eligible transactions may be processed through the AdminDeal Escrow workflow.

Escrow transactions are governed by the AdminDeal Escrow Policy.

Participation in escrow does not guarantee a dispute-free transaction, but it is designed to improve security and transparency for both buyers and sellers.

10. Fees

AdminDeal may charge platform fees, service fees, withdrawal fees, or other applicable charges.

Any applicable fees will be disclosed through the platform before they become payable.

AdminDeal reserves the right to update its fee structure with reasonable notice where required.

11. Reviews and Ratings

Buyers may leave honest reviews based on their genuine experience.

Users must not:

• Submit fake reviews.
• Manipulate ratings.
• Offer incentives for reviews.
• Threaten or coerce other users regarding feedback.

AdminDeal may remove reviews that violate platform policies.

12. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully create and upload.

Users must only upload content they own or have permission to use.

AdminDeal respects intellectual property rights and may remove content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other protected rights.

13. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
• Submit false verification information.
• Upload illegal or malicious content.
• Circumvent platform fees.
• Abuse the messaging system.
• Harass other users.
• Manipulate marketplace rankings.
• Violate applicable laws or AdminDeal policies.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.

14. Privacy

Your use of AdminDeal is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that your personal information may be collected, processed, and stored as described in that Policy.

15. Third-Party Services

AdminDeal may integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, verification providers, analytics services, CAPTCHA providers, AI technologies, and cloud hosting services.

Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

16. Platform Availability

While we strive to provide reliable services, AdminDeal does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

The platform may occasionally experience maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or temporary interruptions.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdminDeal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

18. Indemnification

• Engages in fraudulent activity.
• Uses false identity information.
• Attempts to compromise platform security.
• Participates in unlawful activities.

AdminDeal may also remove content or restrict platform access where appropriate.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing AdminDeal’s operations.

Any disputes shall be handled through the appropriate legal processes and competent courts having jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
