By registering as a seller, completing verification, publishing services, or accepting orders, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Escrow Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and all other applicable platform policies.

1. Seller Eligibility

To become a seller on AdminDeal, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Register a genuine account using accurate information.
Successfully complete the required verification process.
Comply with all applicable laws and AdminDeal policies.

AdminDeal reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.

2. Seller Verification

Before offering services, sellers may be required to complete one or more verification steps, including:

Seller access may remain restricted until verification has been successfully completed and approved.

Feature availability may change as the platform evolves.

4. Creating Services

All services published on AdminDeal must:

Accurately describe the work being offered.
Include realistic pricing.

State what is included in the service.
Avoid misleading or exaggerated claims.

AdminDeal may review, edit, reject, or remove listings that violate platform standards.

5. Service Quality

Sellers are expected to:

Repeated poor performance may affect account standing.

6. Orders and Delivery

Once an order has been accepted, sellers should:

Begin work after payment confirmation where applicable.
Deliver through the AdminDeal platform whenever possible.
Keep buyers informed about project progress.
Submit complete and accurate deliverables.
Cooperate with reasonable revision requests included in the purchased package.

7. Communication

Professional communication is required at all times.

Sellers must not:

Harass buyers.
Use offensive or abusive language.
Send spam.
Make false promises.
Request payments outside the platform after initial contact through AdminDeal.

8. Pricing

Sellers are responsible for setting their own prices.

Prices should:

Be fair.
Reflect the actual scope of work.
Clearly identify what is included.

Additional work beyond the original agreement should be handled through an additional order or mutually agreed arrangement.

9. Escrow Transactions

Where applicable, eligible transactions may be processed through the AdminDeal Escrow workflow.

Sellers should only begin work after receiving confirmation that the transaction has entered the approved payment process.

Payment eligibility is determined according to the applicable Escrow Policy.

10. Earnings and Withdrawals

Approved earnings may become available for withdrawal after completion of the applicable transaction workflow and any required review or holding period.

Withdrawal methods, eligibility requirements, processing times, and minimum withdrawal amounts may vary depending on the payment provider and AdminDeal policies.

11. Reviews and Ratings

Sellers are encouraged to earn positive reviews through excellent service.

Sellers must not:

Purchase fake reviews.
Offer incentives for positive feedback.
Manipulate ratings.
Pressure buyers into leaving reviews.

AdminDeal may remove reviews that violate platform rules.

12. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

Offer illegal products or services.
Sell pirated or stolen digital content.
Use fake identities.
Upload fraudulent documents.
Circumvent platform fees.
Conduct fraudulent transactions.
Infringe intellectual property rights.
Misrepresent qualifications, experience, or portfolio work.
Engage in any activity prohibited by applicable law or AdminDeal policies.

Violations may result in account restrictions or permanent removal from the platform.

13. Account Security

Sellers are responsible for protecting their accounts.

You should:

Use a strong password.
Keep login credentials confidential.
Update your information when necessary.
Report unauthorized access immediately.

You remain responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

14. Suspension and Termination

AdminDeal may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate seller accounts if users:

Violate platform policies.
Submit false verification information.
Engage in fraud.
Abuse buyers or AdminDeal staff.
Repeatedly fail to meet marketplace standards.
Participate in illegal activities.

The action taken will depend on the seriousness of the violation.
