This Client Policy explains the responsibilities, rights, and expectations of all clients who use the AdminDeal platform. By creating an account, hiring freelancers, or using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Escrow Policy, and other applicable platform policies.

  1. Purpose

AdminDeal aims to provide businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, and individuals with access to qualified freelancers while ensuring a fair and secure experience for everyone.

This Policy establishes the standards expected from clients throughout the hiring process.

  1. Client Eligibility

To use AdminDeal as a client, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Provide accurate registration information.
Maintain the security of your account.
Comply with all applicable laws and AdminDeal policies.

AdminDeal reserves the right to verify account information where necessary.

  1. Hiring Freelancers

Clients are encouraged to:

Carefully review freelancer profiles.
Examine portfolios, experience, and ratings.
Read service descriptions before placing an order.
Clearly define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Communicate professionally through the AdminDeal platform.

Choosing a freelancer confirms your acceptance of the selected service, pricing, and delivery terms.

  1. Project Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing:

Clear project objectives.
Complete instructions.
Required files or materials.
Realistic deadlines.
Timely responses to freelancer questions.

Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay project completion.

  1. Payments

All payments must be made through AdminDeal’s approved payment methods.

Clients must not:

Arrange payments outside the platform.
Ask freelancers to bypass AdminDeal’s payment process.
Attempt to avoid platform fees.

Such activities may result in account suspension or termination.

  1. Escrow Protection

Where available, eligible transactions may be processed through AdminDeal’s Escrow System.

The general process includes:

Agreement on project scope.
Payment through an approved payment method.
Secure holding of funds according to the AdminDeal escrow process.
Delivery of work by the freelancer.
Review and verification where applicable.
Release of funds according to the Escrow Policy.

  1. Communication

Clients should communicate respectfully and professionally.

The following behaviour is prohibited:

Harassment.
Threats.
Discrimination.
Abusive language.
Offensive or inappropriate conduct.

AdminDeal encourages communication through its official messaging system to maintain accurate records and improve dispute resolution.

  1. Reviews and Ratings

Clients are encouraged to leave honest and constructive feedback based on their actual experience.

Clients must not:

Post false or misleading reviews.
Demand free work in exchange for positive ratings.
Threaten freelancers with negative feedback.
Manipulate the review system.

AdminDeal reserves the right to remove reviews that violate platform policies.

  1. Refunds and Disputes

Refund requests and disputes are handled according to AdminDeal’s Refund Policy and Escrow Policy.

Each case is reviewed individually based on the available information and applicable platform policies.

Clients are expected to cooperate with reasonable requests for additional information during any dispute review.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Clients must not:

Create fake accounts.
Submit fraudulent payment information.
Engage in chargeback fraud.
Circumvent AdminDeal fees.
Request illegal services.
Request copyrighted material without authorization.
Attempt to manipulate freelancer ratings.
Use the platform for unlawful activities.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent account termination.

  1. Account Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

You should:

Use a strong password.
Keep login credentials confidential.
Report unauthorized access immediately.
Maintain accurate account information.

Clients remain responsible for activities conducted through their accounts.

  1. Limitation of Responsibility

AdminDeal provides a marketplace that connects clients with independent freelancers.

While we strive to maintain a secure platform and may assist with dispute resolution where applicable, AdminDeal does not guarantee the performance, quality, or outcome of services provided by individual freelancers.

Clients are encouraged to carefully evaluate freelancers before hiring them.

  1. Account Suspension

AdminDeal may suspend, restrict, or terminate a client account if the client:

Violates platform policies.
Engages in fraudulent activity.
Misuses payment systems.
Abuses freelancers or AdminDeal staff.
Uses the platform for illegal purposes.
Attempts to bypass AdminDeal’s security or payment procedures.

  1. Policy Updates

AdminDeal may update this Client Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

The latest version will always be published on this page.

Continued use of AdminDeal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
