At AdminDeal, we believe that a successful marketplace is built on trust, professionalism, respect, and collaboration.

These Community Guidelines explain how members are expected to communicate, collaborate, and conduct themselves while using the AdminDeal platform.

These guidelines apply to all users, including Buyers, Clients, Freelancers, Sellers, Escrow Participants, Visitors, and Community Members.

  • Stay relevant to the project.
  • Avoid offensive language.
  • Respect deadlines and commitments.
  • Respond within a reasonable time whenever possible.

Professional communication helps build trust throughout the marketplace.

4. Harassment and Abuse

The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment
  • Threats
  • Bullying
  • Hate speech
  • Discrimination
  • Personal attacks
  • Intimidation
  • Offensive language
  • Sexual harassment
  • Defamatory statements

AdminDeal maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive behaviour.

5. Honest Marketplace

Users should always act honestly.

Do not:

  • Create fake accounts.
  • Misrepresent your skills or experience.
  • Provide false identity information.
  • Upload fake documents.
  • Create fake projects or fake orders.
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings.

Trust is essential to maintaining a healthy marketplace.

6. Fair Reviews

Reviews should always reflect genuine experiences.

Do not:

  • Exchange reviews for compensation.
  • Threaten users with negative reviews.
  • Post misleading or false reviews.
  • Attempt to manipulate ratings.

Constructive feedback helps improve the community.

7. Respect Intellectual Property

Only upload content that you own or have permission to use.

Do not upload:

  • Copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Stolen digital products.
  • Confidential client information.
  • Trademarks belonging to others without permission.

Respecting intellectual property protects everyone in the marketplace.

8. Safe Marketplace

AdminDeal is committed to maintaining a secure platform.

Users must not:

  • Attempt to hack the platform.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Spread viruses or malware.
  • Interfere with other users’ accounts.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems.

Any attempt to compromise platform security may result in immediate account suspension.

9. Keep Transactions on AdminDeal

To help protect buyers and freelancers:

  • Use the official AdminDeal communication tools.
  • Follow the approved payment process.
  • Use the Escrow system where available.
  • Avoid requesting or encouraging off-platform transactions after initial contact through the marketplace.

This helps maintain security and provides better support if issues arise.

10. Spam and Self-Promotion

Do not:

  • Send unsolicited promotional messages.
  • Repeatedly advertise unrelated services.
  • Flood discussions with duplicate content.
  • Use automated spam tools.

Relevant and professional self-promotion is permitted only where the platform allows it.

11. AI Tools

AdminDeal may provide AI-powered features to improve productivity.

Users must use AI responsibly.

Do not use AI tools to:

  • Generate fraudulent content.
  • Produce misleading information.
  • Violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Misrepresent another person’s work as your own where prohibited.

Users remain responsible for all content they publish.

12. Community Safety

Help us maintain a safe environment by reporting:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Fake accounts.
  • Harassment.
  • Suspicious behaviour.
  • Scam attempts.
  • Policy violations.

Reports help us protect the community and improve the platform.

13. Enforcement

If these Community Guidelines are violated, AdminDeal may:

  • Restrict account features.
  • Suspend an account.
  • Permanently terminate an account.
